These terms govern every sale concluded with WF DEVELOPMENT, SAS, 47 BOULEVARD SAINT JEAN, 34150 ANIANE, 34150 Aniane (SIREN 103478780, VAT FR74103478780).
Nature of the works - limited edition
Each work is offered as a limited edition: the number of prints (edition cap) is firm and final, fixed before publication and never increased afterwards. Every print carries a unique edition number together with a signed certificate of authenticity. Once the cap is reached, the work is no longer available for sale.
Print-on-demand
Prints are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis: each copy is produced individually after the order, according to the specifications chosen by the buyer (format). Production and shipping times are added accordingly.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As the prints are made to order and numbered for each buyer, they fall under this exception: the order is firm and final as soon as the payment is confirmed.
