Data collected and purposes

When you place an order, we collect your email address and your shipping address (name, postal address). This data is processed for the sole purpose of performing the sale contract: collecting payment, manufacturing and shipping the print, sending the invoice and the certificate of authenticity.

Payment is handled by Stripe and manufacturing/shipping by Gelato; the shipping address is passed to them only to the extent necessary for these operations. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

Retention period

Order and invoicing data is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax obligations (ten years for invoices), then deleted.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, objection and erasure of your data. To exercise them, contact the data controller at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
